Like finding a second home in Portugal
My stay at Quinta Cabecinha exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of immense peace wash over me. The nature is impressive and the grounds are designed with so much love that it immediately feels familiar. Every day, I felt like I was living inside a postcard.
The house was fully furnished, which made it very pleasant for a longer stay. The kitchen had everything I needed, the bedroom was wonderfully quiet, and the view from the living room was different every day, depending on the light and the weather. I worked, read, walked, and above all, slept very well here. The silence is almost magical.
What makes this stay truly special are Linda and Edwin. They make you feel welcome without being intrusive. Their enthusiasm for Portugal is infectious, and thanks to their tips, I discovered places I never would have found otherwise. I didn’t feel like a tourist, but like someone who was temporarily part of daily life here.
I left reluctantly, as I could have easily stayed here for months. For anyone looking for relaxation, inspiration, and a place to find yourself again, Quinta Cabecinha is a unique find. I have warm memories of it and hope to return soon.
